Fingerless Glove Number 1
I finished a glove, wheee! Okay, I have very small hands for an adult woman, read almost child size. Needless to say, I had to tweak the pattern I was using so the glove fit my hand right. Which meant frogging, a lot. The thumb is still a little long, but it will work. check out the one I have done below:
The colors are dark in this image, but it's the best I was willing to do tonight. When I finish the second glove, I will take a better picture and hopefully get an image closer to the true colors.
I'm hoping to finish the second glove this weekend and maybe finish my blue silk/cotton/polyamide sweater I have been working on for about a year or so. The pattern is my own and had a very complicated cable on the front, so it took a while to get to the sleeves. I'm working from the shoulder down on the sleeves, so I am having to play with the cap sleeve and figure out how to knit the sleevs I want. I'm close though to having at least one sleeve done!
