SAFF anyone?

It's that time of year again. Fiber festivals are occurring everywhere it seems.

Robin and I are heading up to our favorite local fiber festival, SAFF.

I know I'm looking forward to it. Lately I don't have a lot of time for fiber stuff. I start a list every year of items I want to buy at the fair, otherwise I forget. I'm horrible that way. Lately, my list of wants is pretty short as I have so much in stash. However, I never know when a goodie will tempt me, and I absolutely love looking at all the goodies people sell. I drool over all the drop spindles, pet all the fiber, and inhale the wonderful aroma of locally produced soap. I think I'm going for a soy candle this year and some dyes, but we'll see what I end up buying.

Our old guild (Twisted Threads Fiber Arts Guild) helps with the skein and garment competition, so we'll be helping set up the display again this year. If anyone is heading that way, stop on by and say hello.

I have been doing fiber related stuff, but not much to show right now. I'm working on a pattern for a friend to sell.

Happy fibering!
